new word for me, thank you for the introduction to umwelt! beyond new vocabulary, there is so much here to process!! a flood of thoughts, many contradictory. my experience tells me that any expansion from AI will be short lived. my Calvinist/Methodist upbringing supports the need for growth through work, toil, suffering. without the experience of carrying water we cannot value the bounty experienced by a hot shower available, for most, at a moment's notice.
